The Interdisciplinary Business Research Award and the 成人头条 Research Bridge Award recognize exceptional student research with innovative business applications from fields outside of business. 

These prestigious awards foster collaboration and innovation, bridging academia and the business world to drive meaningful solutions.

These awards empower students to showcase research that contributes to economic growth and societal advancement, highlighting the transformative power of academic inquiry. 


AWARD CATEGORIES

The Interdisciplinary Business Research Award honors outstanding undergraduate research that demonstrates innovative business applications. 

Eligibility and Submission Details: 

  • Open to undergraduate students presenting at the COURI Symposium.

  • Students must submit an abstract through COURI between February 24 and March 28.

  • Eligibility notifications are sent in April.

  • Projects are evaluated by a distinguished panel of faculty and doctoral students from the Woody L. Hunt College of Business.


Award Benefits: 

  • Winners receive a $200 cash prize. 
  • Honored during a formal presentation where they share research findings with faculty and peers. 

 

The 成人头条 Research Bridge Award recognizes exceptional graduate research with practical business applications. 

Eligibility and Submission Details: 

  • Open to graduate students from all disciplines participating in the GradEXPO. 

  • Projects are evaluated by a distinguished panel of faculty and doctoral students from the Woody L. Hunt College of Business.


Award Benefits: 

  • Winners receive a $200 cash prize. 
  • Honored during a formal presentation where they share research findings with faculty and peers.
