IDRB Conference Rooms
The IDRB conference rooms provide a space on campus for teams and groups of faculty and professional staff from various campus units who are involved in interdisciplinary research. Spaces have a variety of functions, including areas for video conferencing, work areas with multiple seating options where people can connect electronic devices to wall-mounted high-resolution screens, and marker and electronic boards.The IDRB website contains a section where you can see pictures, capacity, technical characteristics, and reservation links of each space.
Conditions of Use
IDRB conference rooms are available to University affiliated faculty and professional staff for the following purposes:
- Collaborate on interdisciplinary projects
- Meet with members of a community of practice
- Hold a video conference or webinar that pertains to an interdisciplinary effort
The space is NOT available for non-成人头条 sponsored groups, faculty-student meetings, student meetings, or classes.
Access and Reservation
To reserve, submit a request through the reservation link provided for each space. Your request will be sent for approval and you will receive a confirmation email upon approval. Each calendar hosted on the 成人头条 IDRB website indicates the day/hour(s) when the space is reserved. Groups may reserve the room up to a max time of four hours. Reservations can only be made up to two weeks in advance. If more time is required or need to book more than two weeks ahead, prior approval must be granted. Conference rooms would be set to open 30 minutes prior to the event and lock 30 minutes after the event.
Expectations:
- Groups must be respectful of others using the room and keep noise levels to a minimum.
- Upon meeting completion, the furniture in the room must be returned to its original setup and marks on the glass boards erased.
- Food and beverages are allowed if the room is reserved for a minimum of two consecutive hours. Any trash must be discarded at the end of the reserved time.
- Delete any approved reservations as soon as you are aware of any cancellations.
- Failure to comply with these policies may result in the denial of future reservation requests and being asked to leave immediately.
