Jose “Art” Jaime is an Adjunct Faculty in the Public Administration Program at the University of Texas at El Paso. As a nonprofit practitioner, he has managed agencies working with vulnerable youth and his research has focused on adolescent Hispanic fathers and the impact of low-income housing on families.
