This degree plan offers nine concentrations. Four are under the college’s alternative certification program (ACP) (Early Childhood, Elementary, Secondary and Special Education). Two are online only (STEM Education, and Diversity, Equity and Social Justice). The online and non-ACP concentrations offer thesis routes for advanced education-related studies with preparation for doctoral studies.

Xavier A. Felix earned his BFA in theatre performance from 成人头条 in 2021, and returned to enhance his skills and knowledge as a performing arts teacher. Felix is a full-time high school theater teacher with the Miner Teacher Residency Program that creates a support system among the students, mentors and 成人头条 faculty. He looks forward to continuing his career at an area high school.
People with a master’s in education can advance their current career in public or private K-12 education or find work in academia, community-based organizations, nonprofits, and non-governmental organizations. The job outlook is strong through 2029.
