Aylin Duarte is bilingual, bicultural and is serving as an English teaching assistant in Argentina in spring 2022 as part of the Fulbright U.S. Student Program. She says studying Spanish is a strategic move, as it is the second most spoken language in the U.S.
Regardless of your career choice, being fluent in Spanish is desirable skills in the U.S. and around the world. Among the most applicable fields are sales, business, tourism, translation and education.
