FLP International Travel
INTERNATIONAL TRAVEL PROCEDURES
In accordance with UT System guidance, the International Oversight Committee must approve international travel to locations noted on the RESTRICTED REGION LIST. The IOC must approve the travel prior to the start of the trip. Travelers who do not adhere to this policy may not receive reimbursements for their trip.
The student travel approval process needs to be initiated by the responsible university faculty and/or staff member that is sponsoring/overseeing the travel. Faculty and staff must have all trip information (airline confirmations, lodging details, etc.) before requesting approval through Student Travel. Students should not be reaching out to the student travel office to register travel in the system.
