Graduation Requirements
The graduation process for undergraduate students begins a year prior to the semester the student is scheduled to graduate.
Students are required to fill out a Final Year Plan of Study form and turn it in to their assigned advisor during the advising session when the student is seeking approval to register for CS 4310. The form is signed by the advisor, and remains in the student’s folder. The Final Year Plan of Study form is available below, please select the form for when you plan to graduate.
Students will receive an e-mail from the front office with the graduation packet and the instructions to complete the graduation application process. The Undergraduate Program Director will send via e-mail a link to an online survey. Students must then fill out the graduation packet, complete the online survey, and make an appointment for an exit interview with the Undergraduate Program Director.
The graduation packet is turned in to the front office for review and approval by the Department Chair. Applications signed and approved by the chair are then turned in to the Engineering Edge Center. Fees and degree conferrals are finalized by the Engineering Edge Center
