The following agreements may be signed based on purpose: VPBA (business), OSP (research), VPAA (academic), or IA (sponsorship)

General Affiliation Agreement Establish a partnership with general terms and conditions between the University and a partner organization. Serves as foundation for future specific program agreements. ✔️
Non-Disclosure Agreement Confidentiality or Non-disclosure agreement between University and a partner. ✔️
Agreement Amendment An executed agreement must be amended and parties will agree to add, remove or change part of the agreement. ✔️

Individual Namings Agreement Pledge to make a charitable gift to the University, and the acknowledgement by the University through a Naming of a University facility/program. ✔️
Pledge Agreement Simple form to establish a pledge to make a one-time gift or recurring donation installments. ✔️
Pledge Update Agreement Simple form to update or modify a previously granted Pledge. ✔️

The following are business institutional agreements, if the agreement exceeds department approved threshold it will be routed to the VPBA.

Teaming Agreement Research partnership establishing each party as Contractor and Subcontractor of program/project as well as rights and responsibilities. ✔️
Testing Agreement Establish partnership for testing ventures. ✖️
Technology License Agreement Establish permission for the use of technology owned by the Board of Regents for a specific purpose. ✔️
TMAC Service Agreement Agreement to establish the terms for services by the Texas Manufacturing Assistance Center (TMAC) at the University. ✔️
Visiting Researcher Agreement Participation of researcher from partner organization to provide research at the University. ✖️
Visiting Scientist Agreement Participation of scientist from partner organization to provide training or research at the University. ✔️

The Provost and VPAA has authority to sign any other academic agreements as applicable.

Study Abroad Program Agreement Establish the terms of cooperative relationship for international study abroad and student exchange programs with foreign institution. ✔️
Study Away Program Agreement Establish the terms of cooperative relationship for University students to visit a US partner institution. ✔️
Visiting Faculty Agreement

Temporary agreement to hire a professor from partner institution. OR 

Temporary agreement to send a 成人头条 professor to teach at a partner institution.

Establish the terms of volunteering work.

Filming and Location Agreement Permit to a producer or production company to use the University premises and film for a specific purpose. ✔️
Interagency Agreement Establishes terms and conditions for services provided or received by University from another Texas state agency. ✔️
Interlocal Agreement Establishes terms and conditions for services provided or received by University from another El Paso agency. ✖️
Loan Agreement Loan of art for an exhibition from or at the University's museums. ✔️
Photo Use Agreement Consent provided to the University for the use of digital media and ownership of materials. ✔️
Recharge/Service Agreement Establishes terms and conditions for services provided by a University department. ✔️
Software Agreement

Obtaining license for a software needed for 成人头条 faculty or staff.

This agreement also applies to students conducting non-sponsored research under 成人头条 faculty supervision.

Third Party Tuition and Fee Agreement Establish a tuition sponsorship program by a third party. ✔️
