SOP Faculty, Staff, and Students can reserve both for meetings and/or simulations. 成人头条 email account required. Group members must be present at all times. Accessible: Monday through Friday, between 8 AM to 10 PM.
The 成人头条 School of Pharmacy (SoP) would like to strategically support student travel and student organization events when possible. Limited funding is available for student conferences and meetings. A student requesting funding, must submit this form in its entirety at least two weeks before the scheduled activity. The submittal of this form does not guarantee funding support.
Content submission requests will be reviewed by your departments social media lead and, if appropriate, will be posted on one or more official 成人头条 SOP social media accounts. The SOP reserves the right to make changes to submitted copy in order to maintain consistency in language. By submitting this form, I authorize the SOP to publish my photos, videos, or other submitted materials on any of its social media channels or website.
It is expected that the student contact their course instructor(s)/facilitators, course coordinator, coordinator, preceptor, and/or Director of Experiential Education by email directly to inform them of the absence in classes where attendance is mandatory, and for experiential activities. OSA will contact instructors/facilitators only after a decision has been made on the absence.
Let us know about any questions, comments, incidents, or feedback that would be useful to provide a better experience to our students. Feedback can be related to exams, presentations, classes, technology, or facilities, among others. You can provide your comments on an anonymous matter if preferred.
This form allows you to report security incidents within the School of Pharmacy (SoP), including details such as the date, time, location, incident type, actions taken, and any evidence collected. Your submission will help ensure appropriate follow-up, such as contacting authorities or campus security. Please provide a detailed description of the incident and upload relevant evidence if applicable.
